Cycling (Triathlon Training (T2)) 44:00 [5] 20.0 km (27.3 kph)

Usual 10km loop through goostrey x2 (started and finished at far end of lane to make the distance). Really went for it today, but think I need new bike, or at least some settings changed as gears keep slipping!!!!

shoes: Nike AirDirect 2

About 30 sec transition from bike to run. (3 laps of lane)
Knackered after it :/

Cycling (Triathlon Training (T1)) 55:00 [4] 20.0 km (21.8 kph)

Swimming (Triathlon Training (T1)) 20:00 [4] 0.5 km (40:00 / km)

Few lengths warm up at Knutsford Leisure Centre, and one practice transition followed by real, straight after 200m (in 4mins) swim. Then cycled home.

Weird swimming with the cap thing on, and also strange with the tri-top.
