Northern Final. We won!!! 14-0!!! Our first silverware for a good few years.

Feeling dreadful though cos of burning throat. I swear I've got an infection :/

D of E navigation training day at Capel Curig, North Wales. Was drizzling on and off most of the time, but was actually really refreshing and fun to be out and about after a hectic week!

Also Mr Howarth was back!!! Legend just back from Peru, and the dude came and helped out. Was the adult with our group, but we had a laugh! :D

Chairman of Vale Royal on last corner said I should go down and train with them... funny I've just started doing just that :D

Running Club with Mr Hough.

Just ran down to the little woods, and round it once then back. Leg had felt like it was easing up towards end of day, and on the way to fields couldn't feel it, but half way round woods it went, and was feeling awful when we got back :(

3x200m (33-35sec) 30 sec rest (missed last 2 of 5 reps as pulled up with cramp).

Calf cramp... shouldn't have started the penultimate 200m, as had to pull up :/

Oh, and then went for warm down with Mike, and was proving how easy it was to jump over fence, but as I jumped, calf stretched really badly and collapsed when I landed... worst cramp I've ever had, but Mike thought it was hilarious, so it's all good..

And... need new trainers because they cut my ankles again!!!

About 2 and half hours on coach to get there, and worth it as we came away with 8-0 win and got free 3 course meal!!! :)

Neck isn't in the best of shape though :/

Usual 10km loop through goostrey x2 (started and finished at far end of lane to make the distance). Really went for it today, but think I need new bike, or at least some settings changed as gears keep slipping!!!!

Few lengths warm up at Knutsford Leisure Centre, and one practice transition followed by real, straight after 200m (in 4mins) swim. Then cycled home.

Weird swimming with the cap thing on, and also strange with the tri-top.
