No beer chase for me.
Ankle no longer swollen much, but it's still pretty tender to more than a little outward rotation, or to the touch on much of the outside lower leg and foot - apparently those muscles got a bit torn last week...
So, went for a shortish run - longest since the twise - on mostly flat & paved ground, plus 500m of gravel track and probably 300m of the most visibly mowed-short, flat appearing grass I could watch really carefully.
Next run (tbd Mon or Tue) will likely include the slow figure 8's again, but this one avoided that just in case that's not helping.
