Lunch run with Shortstack napping in the Chariot. While the morning rained (a lot) the moderate weather prompted glorious conditions and I was able to run in shorts and a t-shirt with a warm sun poking out. The birds were singing, hawks were playing overhead and the animals were out having fun... everyone (except maybe a few people in Caledon and Upstate NY ;) ) was loving the stupendous conditions. But BE WARNED - this is all just a RUSE from Old Man Winter for the forecast turns sour quickly. Fair creatures of the earth - go back to your dens, your rabbit holes, your gyms and computrainers - winter's icy death grip will be back tomorrow. I hope to see you all in a few months.

Good ride with JohnB, AngrySeagull and DD11. Fun course. Left a Ghirardelli square for the fastest rider from the women who kicked us out of our usual slot. Avg 250W.

New instructor sucked... too much blah blah blah not enough sit ups or strength stuff. Didn't even feel worthy enough to get a Frosty after. Tragic.
