Ride to work. Felt pretty slow but time did not show it.

T2 hurt me as my arms are always too low.

Ride in even though there was thunder and lightning around. Got rained on for the first couple of minutes and then continued to get wet from the road rather than the rain itself. Very humid day but a nice change

Ride home. A little warm but the breeze was nice

Another swimming session! Of course the normal medium lane was taken up by people trying to walk, do survival stroke and anything that involved swimming at a slow pace. So moved up to the fast lane! It must have been a really bad day for swimmers today because even in this lane people were doing funny things - although at least it was better than the medium. I did not get passed by anyone in the fast lane at least and only passed some guy with paddles on his hands as he splashed all around his way down the lane.
