Running (Ridge/Poets seat) 3:46:46 [3] 21.5 mi (10:33 / mi)

Cold and snowy. Felt fine through 12 miles and then things got very rough. Lower back exploded, so did knees and hips. Sore quads. Last 5 miles stopped ever 1/4-1/2 mile to walk. I think the 30 temps and snow didn't let my legs get ample blood. I am also out of shape at this distance. Ughh
