Mtb road ride, due to the melt here this week, the roads have cleared up enough. Roads in town a little sloppy but not bad, country roads super clean. Started, temps mid 30's nice and sunny. About 25 miles in, the sun went away and turned into a head wind for pretty much the of the rest of the ride. Still pretty nice for MN in late January, but definitely felt cooler when the sun went away. Route south of town, then through Hayward, Geneva, Hartland and took a longer way back into town to get a few extra miles. 15+ lb pack. Fun to be back out on the bike, have not been on the bike for almost 2 weeks.

Nice morning run around the neighborhood near hotel. Nothing exciting but was able to get out. Mid to upper 30's this am in San Antoino. Kind of interesting, people were out walking their dogs with winter coats and full face masks in upper 30 degree weather. Fortunately finished just before it started to rain again.

Road run from hotel down to the San Antonio River Walk, then a nice relaxing early morning run along the River Walk and back to the hotel. Body actually felt pretty good. Nice early morning run temps in the mid to upper 50's pretty nice.

Road run in neighborhood near hotel. Not a real exciting route but was able to run in shorts and a long sleeve t-shirt. So that was good enough for me. Legs actually felt pretty descent today, kind of surprising. Front of quads started to tighten up a little towards the end.

I was not even thinking I was going to have time for a run this am. Got up early to do core work out. Showered was eating a little breakfast and got a call that our morning meetings got pushed back. So had a little extra time to take advantage of some nice weather to get in a morning run. Nice way to start the am.

Little walk around the neighborhood near my hotel. Day of travel and super nice day here. So had to get out and stetch and enjoy a little nice warmth and sunshine. Body still a little tight and sore form POCAR.(distance estimate)

Little light stretching to try to works things out and get things loosened up.
