Long run around teh forest and farmland near Amersfoort in the Netherlands. Lovely countryside and good run. Schedule says 18km, but misjudged the distance a bit. Was quite rainy at times as well. Did the standard long run routine of trying to maintain a steady pace for first half at around 4.45-5.00/km and then negatively split it with good pace for last 8km at around 4.25-4.33/km. Felt good and recovered quite well. Right groin a bit niggly, and strained right big toe in last km.
