Road Cycle race (Team Time trial NI) 24:00 [4]
shoes: Specilized Road

rode senior b for north island team time trial. dropped clark on the way out just before the 8km turn around point. i didnt pull big turns on the way out because we had a head wind and saving a bit for the way back. after trun around i did most of the work, legs felt real good and other guys even had to yell ease at me which was very impressive i thought because the other guys are way stronger than me.
