Running (treadmill) 47:00 [3] 8.0 km (5:53 / km)
shoes: Newbalance 758 Gray

testing out a new pair of shoes - ran 8 kilometers on a treadmill at the Carleton gym. Upped the pace every 800m or so (to "speed = 8.5") and then back down fairly quickly.

Got my heart rate up to 175ish at the max

I now remember why I dislike gyms and treadmills so much
