JK Middle - So stupid to ever set off but I so wanted to do it even if I was last. Was enjoying it until number 9 when I was sick and then just walk/jogged the rest and promptly decided to not run the long.
JK sprint, thought I'd be okay but I was so dizzy & not with it at all. Brain wouldn't function to make decisions and I had no energy, just plodded round.
