Running (Jaunt round Cardiff) 45:00 [3]
On my monthly visit to Cardiff to see the team and after resting from ovet doing on the social front last week I got back into running. REally good running around the park behind the Castle.
Bonus was to see Marcus out running, didn't know he was in Cardiff. Will see if I can get out for a run with him next time :)
