Note

I am having a few rest days, not doing anything, waiting for Meghan to catch up. I organized the WET for kids in the afternoon and for us all in the evening at the Cates Park. That's all I did today.

Long distance at BC Champs Sumas Mountain Challenge. A really challenging course and steep hill (more a wall - 200 meter climb between control 8 and 10 )in the second half of the course. I did well all the way to the hill, after the hill, my focus stopped and I made a five minute mistake. But otherwise o.k. and I really enjoyed the map and the terrain even if it is a bit crazy in some places. I am really looking forward to see route gadget for this course. Great!
