hiking 5:00:00 [2] 17.5 km (17:09 / km) +400m 15:23 / km

Snowshoeing in Quebec, in some park following the river Saint-Laurent on the ridge above it. Sentier du Cap Tourmente. Some very nice views, a lot of snow .... and cold (I am getting used to it...slowly).
17.5*1=17.5 (1106.2)

hiking 1:30:00 [2] 7.5 km (12:00 / km) +40m 11:41 / km

Snowshoeing at Plaines d'Abraham et Champs de bataille with Rima in Quebec. A lot of fresh snow, windy and pretty cold. A very tasty Tire sur la neige in front of Chateau Frontenac after the hike.
7.5*1=7.5 (1088.7)

Note

I am visiting Rima and Benoit in Quebec. Not really training yet because of some snowstorm going on the whole day. We are walking a lot in the snow against the strong wind from the East.

orienteering 24:28 [4] 2.8 km (8:44 / km) +70m 7:46 / km

Great course on a new map mapped and set by Magnus at Cleveland Dam in the sunshine and snow. Some (for me) confusing forest sections and some very slow trails full of snow. I had a good run. The location was well chosen, beautiful view of the Lions... i think the key was the route choice to controls number 3 and 7.
2.8*1.5 = 4.2

orienteering 29:01 [3] 2.8 km (10:22 / km) +80m 9:04 / km

Course at Princess Park. I did not make the chase start by one second. I kind of jogged after the hill at the End of first loop. This sprint camp was really fun! The Weather was very polite to us and I loved the locations. Thank for everything everyone! Now, let's go to Quebec!
2.8*1.5 = 4.2 (1081.2)
