Pilates advanced with Nico. It felt very good today, I did all level three versions of exercises. He keeps going without any break for an hour and then he allows 10 seconds break before some more exercises on top of it. I like push-ups a la pilates.... My core feels pretty strong after 42 hours of core strength in November.
