shoes: Asics, Hyper - XC
Sunday I did some orienteering training at a local map with Eileen. I still cant really run because of my knee, so walked most of it, did a lot of compass work and paid attention to map detail so I knew where I was the whole time while Eileen went off and did her own thing. When I was done I had some extra time so I did a slow jog around an area I knew to kill some time and test out my knee, and it ended up being fine but irritates me so im not going to start running yet.
