Today at the meet it was just a bunch of relays, I was in the 4x8, so the meet went by kinda fast. I dont know what my split is now but our coach said he would tell us tomorrow. Our 4x8 team got first, but we started warming up way too early. We probably all did about a 45 minute warmup, including running stretching and strides, and then ran our leg in less than 3 minutes.
