Today the whole distance team and some mid distance runners ran with us. We were able to find out who was in shape and who wasn't. One kid fell way back and only did half the run. Then the freshman was with us for most of it but fell back in the end, but he did pretty good since he hasn't run in a while.
Any ways we did a ten minute warmup, stretched, pushups, and situps. Then the distance left for our run. After we did strides and stretched.
