Easy run - really wanted to go to the park, and I made it. Well, the wind part was not so easy, but since the whole point of the run was to enjoy myself, I kind of enjoyed that part as well. Lots of family groups out today - they were well buttoned up.

Happy run. -- but definitely no racing for quite some time, given overall leg weakness (and out-of-running-shapeness).

Wore heart rate monitor again. It did that thing again where it races very high for first ~4 minutes. (e.g. higher than my theoretical max). I'll have to look into that.
