This was probably one of my best MT's ever. Really learned a lot about where and why I have tightness. Worked out some good stuff, but did not cause huge amts of pain - what a change!

Warmup 1/2 of loop around lake padden
3 intervals of 5 mins at race pace with 1 min rest between
Int 1 at 8:40
Int 2 at 9:02
Int 3 at 8:40
Cooldown 3/4 of the loop around lake padden
Ran intervals on flat end, w/u and c/d on hilly end
First run in new Nikes
Hip and knee ok, ran so fast shinsplints are back on right side
ran so fast the lake looked inviting!
