Nice and easy swim to test out the local pool and see how well taking months off of swimming has improved my stroke and speed....apparently this time off has done me some good, 'cause the other seniors that were in my lane said that my stroke "looks effortless". I'll take a compliment anywhere I can get it I guess!
Not too concerned with my time right now as the total time included some breaks in between...just happy to be back in the pool.

Pretty happy with my run today...the Ladies of Leisure came in a surprising place of 18 out of 77 (top 20 baby!) in our category and we all ran faster than expected. My distance was actually shy of 10km due to transition point...overall quite pleased.
The left hip is going to need some serious work...starting to consider having some myofascial release in the near future!

Yoga 40:00 [1]

Getting back to our regular yoga schedule and spending some time with my super husband! Boy, I was grumpy before I started the session, and I felt so much better after doing it!! Some of the poses are still pretty frustrating though.

Trying not to aggrevate my injury before the ATB relay and apparently the elliptical trainer was the correct choice.

Need to spend more time firming things up....abs and glutes were the targets for today!
