BodyPump class at the gym. Haven't done one of these in over a year and I'm betting I'll feel it tomorrow. I always have good intentions of doing strength training but I'd usually rather just use my time to run or bike instead!

Mrs. Tiny and I met for a ride at the Hydrocut. First ride there this year and always fun to see the new trail sections and re-routes thanks to people like FunRun! Perfect weather and trail conditions.

Paddling 35:00 [3]

Got home and followed up with a short kayak on the lake. Bit of a wind made it much harder of a workout on one side than the other. Saw 5 turtles, all alive this time.
