Running at the track with my mom. I did two sets of stairs (30 large platform steps, 8x up, 8x down) as a really dumb warmup. I then ran 800m easy actual warmup, and ran 800m, 4x400m, with 100m cooldown. My times were pitiful, with 400s between 93 and 98s, but I did the workout.
