Bendigo Orienteering on a new map in Tarnagulla. It was a fun map, lots of technical mining control picking at the end. Lost a little time on 4 when the first of the two mapped pits was a long slot so I thought I was somewhere else, then lost a fair bit more time on 14 (along with nearly everyone else) because I really struggled to translate the map with the ground. Felt pretty tired tbh, quite stumbly and inefficient.

Had the shortest break possible to change shoes then headed off to make this a long run. Tried to put a course on my Garmin but couldn't get it to upload so made it up, got slightly lost. Definitely not feeling amazing - hips, ankles and feet sore and tired. Need to get back to doing strength!
