Yay, we are now free to go anywhere in Melbourne! Went out on what must be my favourite ride from home, around the Strathewen / Arthur's Creek / Hurstbridge area. Got drizzled on for maybe 20min but was warm and otherwise dry. Absolutely lovely. Bit slow, need to get fitter. Felt much better this week than the last 2, definitely prefer doing my ride on Sat and run on Sun

1 x 10min / 3min float, 2 x 7min / 3min float. Felt a bit off warming up and thought this was going to be a write off, but it actually went pretty well, pretty happy. Slowed quite a bit on the last rep and breathing was still a bit of a struggle but was still quite good.

Floats and extended warm down to take pup for a run. Hot.

Took our gravel bikes out along the Main Yarra Trail and then did some loops around Warrandyte / Park Orchards and looped around back through Eltham. Mix of gravel, bush tracks and a fair bit of paved. Was really lovely except the Main Yarra Trail which was predictably packed (should have thought about that). Was pretty cooked though, yesterday took it out of me.
