Orienteering 50:00 [3]

On the old slaty creek / chapel flat map. Not very accurate map anymore, but it was still good fun.

Swimming intervals 1:30:00 [3]

Warm up and down.

Orienteering race 25:00 [5]
shoes: Asics Gel Runners

This is a street-o in Williamstown. Did o-intervals...every second leg hard or split up if it was too long or too short. This is the hard half. Actually have no idea of the time.

Orienteering race 25:00 [4]
shoes: Asics Gel Runners

This is the easier half...it still felt pretty hard though haha.

Jogging 30:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Gel Runners

Haha I don't want to say how far (or short) it was. At whitehorse ranges again. Pretty much ran down the hill and back up. Calves still sore, also my feet.

Sunday Dec 14, 2008 #

Running race 6:33 [5] 1.5 km (4:22 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Runners

Leg 1 of Gatorade Triathlon Race 2. Swim cancelled from pollution. This would have been faster but I got stuck behind two slow gals at the start and the chute wasn't wide enough to pass! =(

Cycling race 41:15 [5] 20.0 km (29.1 kph)

Leg 2 of Triathlon. Today is pissing rain, freezing cold and windy as hell. So this was very hard.

Running race 21:54 [5] 5.0 km (4:23 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Runners

Legs like jelly. Usually the run feels like crap off the bike and gets better gradually, and I feel good by the end. Not today! Got harder and harder. Calves shot...shouldn't have run in flats without training in them. Very stiff and sore.

Cycling warm up/down 14:00 [3]

Before the race.

Jogging warm up/down 20:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Gel Runners

Before and after the race.
