Core Class - mostly worked abs and back but here's the rundown: crunches, planks, back extensions, squats, bridges. And of course Susan's fabulous stretching cool down...best way to recover after this weekend!

ROC Ultra Long Champs - not really going to go into this right now...it's enough to say that it was long, really long, the map was terrible, and I'd definitely say that the course setting was sub-par and unnecessarily brutal. I was glad when it was over.
