Adding 1hr a week of cross training at the gym. Today shoulder/arms and light for the legs due to race on the weekend. Injury is bothering more after the race.

ARMY 10-Miler, I party the day before (Pig Roast) and drink more than what I should due to race. Feel sick (stomach ache) and kind of nauceas.
