Finally had a full team tonight. We started playing together real well and easily won both games about 7-2 and 5-0. Second game got real rough so the ref called it off early but we smoked them neway so all good

Wasn't that serious when running today. Started off slow and was a bit messy here and there even though most of them were basically yellow level controls. Pissed me off always having to wait for people to clip, esp this one old guy who told me to "wait for your own turn!!" and he took at least 10secs to clip. Still won somehow ahead of Duncan.

First actual run with the guys in ages! Just pretty easy session at Cornwall Park of warm-up then 3x5min reps @ about 75% so a strong pace but still talkable, 2min recovs between. Little bit tired from last week but alright really.
