Run 39:00 [3]
shoes: Roclite 315

Lunch time run

Even grace would've described it as luke warm. Round airfield to Kfry and back then up ths slope to the golf course.

Car passed the Mot, nae bother. They didn't even find the things that are obviously wrong.

Run 14:00 [5]

BOK clubnight

A very good session organised by mark2. First of all we did running drills, saunders had been researching them all day on the internet, and had found one called "the russian dance".
This was followed by 5 x 800 m intervals on the track which is maybe 160 m ish. times were 2.45 - 2.55 range. This was rumoured to be the first time clive hallet had ever done an interval session.

Orienteering 4:30 [4]
shoes: Roclite 315

Micro O, was good fun, had a "fence section" setup by mark. Accidentally ran into franklin during the 2nd session, he didn't look that happy and reckoned i'd broke a pole or something.

Note
(rest day)

As the city council do not consider that i already pay them enough money, they decieded to charge me some more for parking my car last night. Unfortuantly for cripples i parked my car adajacent to a dropped footway in a special enforcement zone. Once you get your wheel chair gently onto the road i don't know where you go, as there is not a dropped footway opposite. The people who park there car in keep clear areas are apperntly alright. The only small conselation being that the merc parked in the spot tonight also has a tkt waiting for him in the morning. £35.

Then things went seriously wrong at the end of play at work.
With the Car MoT tomorrow, I can't see my mood improving in the short term. Bring on the weekend.

On the plus side I seem to be in an alright relay team at jukola - last leg for the second team (they have 3!) and kokos is in my team. I better do some speed training.

Run 20:00 [2]
shoes: Roclite 315

Run round ashton court with lizzie.

The haglunds on my left foot seems to be growing a little bit at the moment, a tad annoying, maybe it's just trying to man up to my right foot. I've also skewed the sole on my right shoe, which is not very good after 38 hours use. My old pair did not skew. Maybe a time for another podatrist trip so they can perform some wizardry.

Run 1:28:00 [3] 16.3 km (5:24 / km)
shoes: Roclite 315

Mon night run, with mark S, charles, Matt F and first timer phil murray! The run started off in a bit of wood near the A46. There was a significant amount of "badger watching" going on in the wood, which was quite disturbing. Phil even stopped for a pee which was very brave.

Cotswold way past dryham house, to cold ashton, back up a valley with a few angry cows, through west littleton and back past a falcon.

This run was notable for being the first C Daniel run which was actually shorter than the estimated time given at the start.
