Knowle to Stratford -Upon Avon and back. Lunch at Stratford and a puncture repair for Nick. Mountain bikes as the tow path can be rough in parts. Managed NOT to fall in the canal which was good. Time and distance approximate as I haven't uploaded my Garmin yet. I'm stuffed with a sore butt.Great weather and pleasant country side scenery all the way.
Fantastic aqueduct bridges and lots of locks to watch boats go up and down.

Distance is a guess as I don't have waterproof watch and the pool was only 25m long. Nice swim did a couple of sprints and some breaststroke.

Ran this with Helen. She had a map and I had to tell her how to use the compass on the way to the first control very funny. She had it in the wrong hand and upside down. I was in stitches! They use emit at the Octavian Droobers. This is always a challenge for me as I always put it in upsidedown very annoying. Steady run around lots of complicated buildings but it finished in a wheat field. Very sprint like. Great fun. Had to rush home to watch the world cup!
