35 min hills- divide tobogan hill into three, stirde to first, run down, stride to second, run down, stride to third walk down - x4
15 min ski walk
10 x 15 second all out sprint up hill

couldnt do full weights on left arm , too much pressure on the wrist. hurt. tried it out but had to tape after first set. helped
