Big Lake Unpaved. About 100m of the path along the lake is submerged, but it was never particularly deep. Nice new singletrack trail connecting the upper and lower park. Certainly better than running the service road.

(injured)

... so I stopped at the High School and ran three miles on the infield barefoot. Foot still felt OK. Best guess at this point is that I sprained the toe. But, as I’ve never sprained a toe before, I don’t really have a comparison. I’ll continue to monitor; leaving the injury flag on for now.

In to work. Tripped on a curb and did some major damage to my fourth toe on my right foot. Will take a day or two to know how serious. First guess is very.
