Almost Yassos at 2:52. Started out running 800's at 2:54, but that seemed too easy so I dropped it to 2:52 after the third one. Held that fine, but 8 and 9 started feeling a bit stiff, so I skipped #10 rather than risk trashing my legs for Saturday.
