Training Run 20:30 [4] 5.3 km (3:52 / km)
ahr:171 max:185 (injured) shoes: New Balance 1060

I wanted to see if I could beat my pb. I felt good and I did beat it. Not only did I beat it I smashed it and conditions were against me. over 1 minute off my pb. Had old worn out runners on. my old socks on as opposed to my new ones. Felt great though anyway. feet were hurting a bit and ankle was playing a bit of havoc. Hope I can feel like running as hard as that with better conditions sometime soon.

My typical run with chantelle. She is starting to run a bit more but still being a social run. will start moving bike riding back in now weather is getting a bit hotter. Saturdays to begin with anyway. will probably have to call off wednesday training with her anyway unless I go straight from work when I start. Looks like I will also have to change saturday training to sunday due to other commitments lol.

Pushed it hard on this course. Was running with Andy and Blair until control 6 where they disapeared. was slow to 7 and 8 but then sped back up to not lose too much time. was a cracking pace. Had fun. Ankle was still hurting esp when I re-rolled it.
