I wanted to see if I could beat my pb. I felt good and I did beat it. Not only did I beat it I smashed it and conditions were against me. over 1 minute off my pb. Had old worn out runners on. my old socks on as opposed to my new ones. Felt great though anyway. feet were hurting a bit and ankle was playing a bit of havoc. Hope I can feel like running as hard as that with better conditions sometime soon.

My typical run with chantelle. She is starting to run a bit more but still being a social run. will start moving bike riding back in now weather is getting a bit hotter. Saturdays to begin with anyway. will probably have to call off wednesday training with her anyway unless I go straight from work when I start. Looks like I will also have to change saturday training to sunday due to other commitments lol.
