Running 1:11:50 [3]
shoes: North Face Hayasa II (red)

I thought it was enough time taking it easy so went for a longer, but not steep, run. Parked at Yurambi Ponds then ran through to Forde then turned right to Mulligans. From there I just headed roughly North on the faint trails to the border, passing in and out of the cat proof fence along the way. Returned roughly the same way but kept left near the final spur before crossing over near the end of Mulligans. It was quite warm even with the breeze.

Running 32:50 [3]
shoes: asics GT-2160 #2

With beer and wedges at ANU House with MaryMac after work (a live band was playing and Plastic was on the drums) I was feeling a bit bloated but once I got going things settled down and I had a good run around the Northern edge of Spence. My legs are still a bit achey and my ankles a bit swollen, but not too bad.

Cruisey ride down to Ginninderra Creek then out around the peninsula and back the same way. Legs felt much better riding than running, but my arms are a bit sore.
