Running 25:00 [2] 2.5 mi (10:00 / mi)

Run to work via gym with some drills (pre gym). Felt ok on the drills and did some sprints to finish. Fastest I have run in about 8 weeks. Calves felt fine.

Standard stuff. I was considerably weaker on my press ups.
6 PM

Running 35:00 [2] 5.0 mi (7:00 / mi)

Run from work to physio (all ok and got some fun new exercises) and then home straight up the hill.
