Orienteering race (stockholm city cup) 16:01 [5] 2.7 km (5:56 / km)

Sprint in gröna lund (theme park) and around djurgården. So much fun. Really hard to warm up as there were tonnes of people everywhere, didnt feel good to start with. Sore bum muscles from picking up rubbish. Lost a bit of time inside gröna lund, had seen a control before and just presumed it was mine, so went straight to it. It was on the way to where i was going so not such a big deal. Fastest time was 12:50, not very happy with my time, really should have been able to do about 15:30.

Took it really easy not wanting to do what I did yesterday. First few controls were pretty bad still. Things got a little bit better through the middle, stuffed the long leg. Had a few good controls and then the end went totally down hill again.

Beata Falk won with 1:04. So although not overly happy with my time but it wasnt so very bad either.

Don´t feel like i have had a good individual race for about 2 months. So I need to start thinking about why. I think the last couple of months have just been a bit mentally draining, so i need to focus again. No more races until jukola so it will be good to have a break and come back afresh.

Pretty happy, lost about 20secs on 11 but apart from that no mistakes. Just too slow i guess. Nice course shep! 2:17 behind.

Right in the middle of the city. Pretty easy map, just park so a lot of running involved. Happy with my run apart from losing a little bit of time cos i didnt realise that half the course was on the other side of the map. Fastest time was 11:11, came 46th out of 163.

What a disaster. Was planning on running the same loop that i did with lenka and hanna last week. My mind was away with the fairies however and so i got massivley lost and confused. Saw an elk which scared the shit out of me. Almost had a panic attack thinking that i would never make it home. Didn´t want to run for longer than this so ended up walking home as well. Horrible.

Orienteering race (dx deluxe) 27:00 [3] 2.0 km (13:30 / km)

Ultrasprint in uppsala. Map 1:1000, so freaking hard and I was so bad. Went way to far on my second control and basically just stuffed up the whole first loop. After I understood the map it went a little bit better.

They had set up a maze as well with controls in it as well! Controls also impossible to see, just SI with no sound sitting on the ground. All in all thoroughly enjoyable, also bout 26degrees.

Banquett and party afterwards! I won the main prize in the lucky draw, pair of dx deluxe tights. So I feel now as though my unlucky phase is coming to an end. Definitley no training for me on sunday. Great weekend.

Orienteering (contours only) 1:14:00 [3] 6.0 km (12:20 / km)

Took it easy trying to navigate well. Good thing too as the terrain was quite complex. Really steep hills, with flat hard bits along the ridges. Hard to see the controls cos of the sun and on account of them being small. Only a couple of small mistakes.

Really cool map around the industry area. Lots of route choice today which was good. Feeling a bit tired and just couldnt push it. Made one route choice error going around the wrong side of a dam but no other mistakes.

Bad. Managed to lose 3min on the first control. True blow. Then I think i just panicked and i forgot how to orienteer. Really hard course as well so that didnt help.

Really easy course, no route choice at all. Happy with my run, missed out on the final by around a minute.
