More like it today, nice weather and out throughRoslin, down a deadend road leading to some faffage to get the Gladhouse, over the moorfoots, back to Leadburn, then south again through Lamancha, West Linton, over the back road to Penicuik and home by the bush. Nice.

Briskly, out through Craigmillar, Millerhill, round the cycle path to Roslin, and back similarly, cutting through Newton. Gorgeous evening at the end of a lovely day. Hip felt fine on the bike, crap when walking. Running - forgettaboutit.

Struggling with hip

Prestonpans urban runaround evaluating the basemap. Promising area for sprintelope, with some fun and games along the coastline strip. Sore hip from one of the w/e falls proving more troublesome than expected, v. sore by the end.
