Not cool....tried to go for a run right after my bike just to see how the glute felt but instantly was met with discomfort. Its deceiving, the only time I feel it at all is when I run. I HATE being injured....

Yukon tomorrow. Praying to the running gods my glute will start a massive recovery ASAP.

Man, it feels so good to get out for a trail run! Really rainy day in Alma. Ran to Herring Cove and back. My glute is still sore so I couldn't go nearly as far or as fast as I wanted but still was a great run. Good motivation booster to get my hip and knee healthy ASAP. (My knee is actually doing quite well actually. Physio is working well).
