Glute hurting so I walked.....man, I wana train properly so bad.

I've come to realize I can't orienteer while walking. I need to get in a running rhythm or else I make serious errors.

Man, what a great way to start my time in the Yukon. Sick as a dog all of yesterday and last night. Feel like roadkill....

First oreinteering of the season and first ever in the Yukon. Still recovering from last night so went really really slow. Glute and Knee felt fine

Not cool....tried to go for a run right after my bike just to see how the glute felt but instantly was met with discomfort. Its deceiving, the only time I feel it at all is when I run. I HATE being injured....

Yukon tomorrow. Praying to the running gods my glute will start a massive recovery ASAP.
