Around the water at Wynnum. Early start so I could be at the Port by 6:30 to do a job on one of the car carriers. Fortunately the coffee shops open early.

Solid tempo run, pushing fairly hard. Last two kms were fastest with the last one being 4:12, which was a bit of a surprise
