paddled out to lake washington towards I90 bridge, but not quite that far. wind really picked up and i had to move my car or i'd get another ticket so cut it 40 min shorter than planned. great sunny day.. again!

ride to session w/coaching client. rode next to them durning threshold test = very slow on a bike. then to the gym for yoga and to my paddle and finally home. no knee pain, but i couldn't have been taking it any easier and still be moving forward.

because it felt good (and i'm stupid) i went for a jog around the block. knee felt fine, feint hint after 15 or so but i'd have to call this a pain free run. wed and thurs i teach spin class and that is usually where it start to hurt again. we'll see how this week goes... if it goes bad - mri on friday.
