Orienteering 52:49 [3] 3.3 km (16:01 / km) +38m 15:09 / km

Brown Course, Day 2, UNO Camping Weekend, Pawtuckaway State Park, Raymond, NH. Started at the pavilion today and was a nice loop, staying mainly out of the logged area. Phil passed me going to four, but he was on green. Managed to stay ahead of Bob Lux today, and was barely beaten by Mary Jo and Wendy, so a good run for me.

Kayaking 57:38 [3] 4.47 km (12:53 / km) +2m 12:52 / km

Canoe-O, Camping Weekend. Forgot to stop my watch at the end. Adjusted time. First time I think I've officially done this after all of the times that I've attended Camping Weekend. And I hadn't been in my kayak in two years, so I was moving pretty slow. Thanks to J-J for helping me get the kayak in the water as it was crazy rush hour at the landing and was pleased that I was able to get the boat out by myself at the end.

Orienteering 49:35 [3] 3.15 km (15:43 / km) +40m 14:47 / km

Brown course, Day 1, UNO Camping Weekend at Pawtuckaway.. Had a bit of trouble getting to the start, but then it went well. I was happy to sit in second place for a bit, until Bob Lux got me by 4 seconds! Perfect weather! It was nice to be out on the Big Island again.

Orienteering 1:01:03 [3] 3.78 km (16:09 / km) +45m 15:14 / km

Not-so-wicked Hard Night-O. UNO Camping Weekend. Since I was having trouble getting a lock on the satellites, I was the last to start so didn't get the advantage of the mass start. Moved along fairly well and was very happy to see Jeff Saeger on my way into #5. He must have really screwed up something early, but it was a nice boost. Of course, he disappeared when we hit the trails on the way back so finished almost three minutes before me. Happy with my time.

hiking 49:42 [3] 1.76 mi (28:15 / mi) +203m 20:48 / mi

Beginning section up to Round Pond on the Gilford Fire Road and Round Pond Trail. Worried about the watch running out of battery, so will shut it off during my breaks. Lovely pond to spend a bit of time scanning for beaver.

hiking 29:32 [3] 1.98 km (14:55 / km)

Mt. Mack down to Round Pond via a different trail. Made it a very nice loop.

hiking 1:06:23 [3] 3.56 km (18:40 / km) +154m 15:21 / km

Round Pond to Mt. Klem to Mt. Mack. Nice views off the ledges just of the top of these knobs. Didn't see anyone the entire time. Well marked trails and pretty windy to keep bugs away. It was even a bit chilly at times.

hiking 36:46 [3] 2.74 km (13:26 / km) +20m 12:57 / km

Return section in to parking from Round Pond. Was very happy that the watch made it through the entire hike.
