Two sessions on the treadmill. First did the 5K program at level 4. This is 7.5 MPH with some hills. It was very easy. They did intervals. 5 minutes at 7.5 MPH / 1 minute 10 MPH. The recovery is the hardest part of this. I really want to reduce the speed below 7.5 MPH after the sprint but then will start to recover after about 1 minute.
