Running 45:00 [4] 5.19 mi (8:40 / mi)

Treadmill run. Manual program starting at 7.5 MPH. Then adjusted the speed to keep constant level of exertion. I slowed down to 6.5 near the end. Trying to build a base of miles.

Running 30:00 [5] 3.19 mi (9:24 / mi)

Treadmill run. Hills 3 program on Cybex treadmill; 7.5 MPH for the first two hills then 6.8 and 6.5 MPH. This was really hard workout. I think I need to start building a base instead of doing such high intensity all the time.

Two sessions on the treadmill. First did the 5K program at level 4. This is 7.5 MPH with some hills. It was very easy. They did intervals. 5 minutes at 7.5 MPH / 1 minute 10 MPH. The recovery is the hardest part of this. I really want to reduce the speed below 7.5 MPH after the sprint but then will start to recover after about 1 minute.

P90X+ Upper Body workout. Very tough workout this morning. I was still trying to catch my breath 20 minutes after it ended.
