I have been ill for over 3 weeks (cold/ cough etc) as well as having a few infections (i.e wisdom teeth etc) however I finally feel I am beginning to get a little bit better. Training has been very very limited, so will build back from this w/e if my cough finally goes.
I also have a substantial amount of uni work so do not have the time to do usual training...
BUCs xc looking unlikely, ah well.
