(injured) shoes: Asics Gel-1110

Intervals at the park. 4X 500m, 100m jog recovery. Was meant to be 8 but ,i think its my groin muscle, was sore so pulled out. Its the very top of my left leg at the base of the hip.

Run warm up/down 30:00 [3]

10 w/u, 10 w/d, 10 jogging with dad while he finished his set.

Its pissing rain, CBF, and having a bad day already. hours at work been cut again so been job hunting. Think legs ok, still bit sore though.

left hip flexor has been sore since intervals last wednesday. Doesnt seem to affect me when i run but when i'm walking i notice it. Gonna take it easy today and do some stretching and stuff, see if that helps.

Orienteering race (QLD Sprint Champs) 20:10 [4] *** 3.4 km (5:56 / km)
spiked:14/17c shoes: Asics Gel-1110

QLD sprint champs. Stood at the start for about 15secs to figure out where i was going which was a smart idea then ran pretty solidly after that. Little slow through the long legs in the park which not to happy about but managed to finish off really strong. Won 21E and also doubles as my first ever state champs win. Wouldnt have won 20's though had i run it which is a bit dissappointing.

Long run from bridgey's place. Solid pace first 20mins on the uphill section, then had a 5min waiting for the rest of the group. Then down boscombe rd, back through gap ck, up lantana (saw the firminator) right up highwood terrace then down moggil rd then back to bridgets house somehow. Will get distance later.

Easy run round the park plus 5x 30secs hard on 2mins off. Legs felt like crap to start with but loosened up nicely after the first sprint. Knocked the sprints out pretty easily. First hot day of summer i reckon, was running after 6 when it was going dark and it was still over 30 degrees.
