calves, hammys and ack were tight as and sore :(

down mt samson rd, hanson rd and the other rd that goes down and up the hill. saw lucy again! this time she was with her owner. :) i gave her a pat and had about a minute chat to her owner (not included in time). she cute doggy :) bloody cars are crap. they shine there lights straight in your eyes. maaan they fly along e x rd.
calveswere xtreme tight.

got up to 38 in samford today. aahh gaaah. runny runny run run. :)

tough work. basically a hilly, relatively long run. from just before the dump to the showgrounds then up to the cal de sac with the path to the golf course and back to the showgrounds.
back, calves, l hammy & stomach hurt. was nice though. seemed to go on forever but.

just a short run. had a headache for parts of the day. and had it while i was running. legs felt really heavy. left calf hurt again and so did left hammy. stopped for a stretch half way and then went harder on the way back. samford is nice :)

hot today. 33 degrees but still not as hot as the 41 the other day thank god. will wait till it gets cooler...

was wearing a crop top which is too tight around the bottom and couldnt breathe in properly. :S never wearing it again.. anyway. saw a big python. from cl mtn to round about near d and vs.wu on cl mtn rd, tried to go harder for the 2nd 10 mins.

lightning. thunder. rain :( :S :) gaaaah. was kinda scary. thought it started hailing a few times but it didnt. nice light show over the city :) had to go to toiley the whole way. :( started 5 mins late so mum told me to do a medium. i think my route choice was pretty crappy but anyway. knee is swollen too. hit a metal pole :(

feeling better again today. i think i actually feel hungry today. which is a good sign. :) got my last exam at uni today :) not sure how ill go but. hopefully some intense study on public transport will get me through... cause i was pretty useless last night.. just felt like sleeping.

just short before i went to dinnnneeeer :) wanted to see how my calf was so wasnt very fast. just felt tight and uncomfortable. hurt once. but yeh. got swooped by plovers so ran through csiro with a stick.

calf hurt at the back going to 3. got a real sharp pain. it hurt. :( didnt do very well. didnt have a light :( so got scared in the dark parks and paths :(
