Run on the outskirts of Den Haag - very flat, but then if you're going to be reclaiming land you don't really want the expense of adding contour detail. Nice to catch up with Alex and life in the Netherlands.

Nice run around old Delft alongside some canals and then over to, through and round Delftse Hout before heading back to me hotel. Scenic run.
