4-around 3'50'' 55'' in first 3-4 minutes but started slowing down because of pain in my stomach and I quit after 6' 30''. I had really big pain in my stomach since the 2nd 10min. I was on celebration last night and I ate too much pork and cake :P
I think I can handle 4'00'' pace on the race in skopje.
